Every year Association of Chartered Industrial Designers of Ontario (ACIDO) hosts a competition for graduating industrial designers from Carleton University, OCAD university, Humber college and Sheridan college to select the best talent and have their final project thesis pitched and awarded to the winners by group of jury from selected industry professionals.
We were approached For 2019 “Rocket”award ceremony held By ACIDO in association with Autodesk Toronto at MaRS Discovery District , to honor achiever with the award custom designed and 3D printed in the facility of Custom Prototypes.
Paul Danial from Carleton University displayed remarkable understanding of additive manufacturing and was declared winner for the exceptionally thought out design of Custom 3D printed athletic back brace.
